How it Works

As a member of the OPEN coaching community, you’ll also have access to coach training and personal support to equip you well in helping these global business leaders.

We need all skill sets: you can be a general business coach or use your specialized expertise in areas such as accounting, marketing, and human resources to help address a specific challenge. As Kingdom-minded business professionals with a heart for B4T work, we work as a team. Together we use Christ-centered coaching skills that will address not only the business needs of the B4T professionals but also the transformational needs of leadership.
